# FAQ

## Is Epsilon custodial?

No. Epsilon is fully self-custodial. External wallets stay entirely under your control, and the embedded trading account's keys are generated and held on your device. Epsilon can never move your funds.

## Do I need a wallet to start?

No. You can sign up with just an email (a trading wallet is created for you automatically) or even start as a guest and upgrade later. If you already have a wallet, connect it directly.

## What is the trading account?

A self-custodial embedded wallet created when you sign up. It enables one-click trading (no popup per transaction) and keeps your active trading balance separate from your long-term holdings. See [Accounts & wallets](/getting-started/accounts-and-wallets.md).

## Do my orders need the app to stay open?

No. All order types live on-chain and are executed by keepers when their conditions are met, whether or not the interface is open.

## Can I trade with ETH, or do I need WETH?

Just use ETH. Swaps handle it natively, and order forms wrap the required amount automatically before the order is signed. For a DCA, the whole budget is wrapped up front; keep it in your wallet so every slice can execute.

## What is a DCA stop loss?

A stop loss that sells in staged slices instead of one market dump. On low-liquidity tokens this protects your own exit price. See [Order types](/products/orders.md).

## Why did my swap revert?

The most common cause is price movement beyond your slippage tolerance between quoting and execution. Try increasing slippage slightly or reducing trade size.

## Where does Epsilon's liquidity come from?

Epsilon is an aggregator, not a DEX. Orders are routed across Robinhood Chain's liquidity venues and filled at the best executable price.

## How do I report an issue or request a feature?

Reach out through the official community channels linked from the app and landing page.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.epsilon.exchange/resources/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
